Gostamos muito do apartamento, infelizmente não tivemos oportunidade de usar muito a cozinha nem de ir à piscina (viemos para uma competição internacional) mas tudo o resto tinha muita qualidade e permitiu descansar.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est super ainsi que les parties communes très propres. La piscine est un vrai plus car tranquille et toujours des transats disponibles. Merci à Gil !

Hôte très accommodant pour les besoins de notre famille (avec un bébé de moins d’un an). Facile de communiquer avec lui. Logement propre et bien entretenu. La piscine du complexe est un atout lors des chaleurs du mois d’août! Assez près de la strip pour y aller en marchant, mais assez loin pour être plus tranquille.

La llegada fue el aspecto más negativo de la estancia. Al hacer la reserva, el check-in figuraba a las 15:00 y posteriormente se cambió a las 16:00. Hablé con Gil y me comentó que se trataba de una confusión con la plataforma, pero finalmente el alojamiento tampoco estuvo listo a esa hora y tuvimos que seguir esperando hasta las 16:30. Teniendo en cuenta que la salida de los huéspedes es a las 10:00 de la mañana y la entrada se fija a las 16:00, considero que hay tiempo suficiente para preparar el alojamiento. Por eso, me sorprendió que a esa hora todavía no estuviera listo. En cuanto al piso muy bonito y la piscina fantástica.

The area was really easy to get to and go from new town and old town. Only issue we had was the door the lock was tricky and hard to get in and took us a while to figure out.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the good areas of Albufeira. The flat was good quality, very clean and felt safe. The pool was also great.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos with really nice furniture. The pool was great and refreshing and never too busy. All together amazing with nothing bad to say. Host was very communicative and helpful.

O apartamento é igual as fotos e é bem localizado. Tivemos um pequeno problema quando chegamos pois os hóspedes que estavam antes quebraram o chuveiro e ficamos sem água durante algumas horas. Além disso no anúncio fala que o check in é às 15:00h e só conseguimos entrar próximo das 16:00h. Para entrar no apartamento são 3 chaves e duas estão bem velhas o que dificultou a entrada no apartamento. A chave ficava presa na porta e isso dificultava a nossa entrada e saída no apartamento. Tirando isso a estadia foi ótima. O apartamento é grande e todos os móveis e utensílios do apartamento são novos.

Lovely stay last week at Gil’s. Close to The Strip. We used Bolt a lot to get to Old Town and beaches and never more than €5 for this. Loved the bakery and the pool area is very clean and tidy and we could always get a bed.

The apartment is well located with restaurants and grocery stores a very short walk away. It was a great central location for our day tours as well. Gil and Catarina were very prompt to respond to our messages. We had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend this apartment.

Lovely place, nice &quite area, 20-25 min to walk to old town, 10Min max walking to the beach. Apartment was very nice , clean, modern and spacious. I definitely recommend and Gil is a super host. 🤩

Recently stayed here in September for a couple of nights. Firstly our hosts was quick at responding and was very helpful with us checking in early as our flight landed early morning. (thank you!!) The place itself was perfect, as described and as the pictures. The bed was extremely comfy. Location was great, a few local bars and restaurants around and only walking distance to old town. Highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to return. Thank you for making our mini break enjoyable and relaxing.

The condo is beautiful and in a decent neighborhood. The walk to the beach is only about 15 minutes.

We stayed at Gills place from 6/8/25 - 13/8/25 The apartment was exactly how it looked on the pictures. The location was perfect walking distance to beach, new town and supermarkets. We used uber to get to old town, beaches further away and marina these were all 10-15minutes in taxi. The pool area was relaxing, plenty of sun beds and the pool was always clean. Gill was always quick to reply back to messages. I would differently recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Fantastic stay! The location was ideal—just a short walk to both the charming old town and the lively strip. The flat itself was modern and well-equipped, with a huge screen TV and an incredibly comfortable king-size bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. We also loved the swimming pool—perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring. The host was super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our week staying at this wonderful apartment! The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed and stocked with all the essentials that we could need. Great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is in a lovely location; close to shops, walking distance of the old town, and we felt safe. The apartment is clean and modern as photographed. However, we were very disappointed to find that the pool was under renovation during our stay, and we were not notified of this in advance of our stay - this should have communicated ahead of time. Despite this, Gil was very friendly and we would recommend this spot - no doubt the new pool deck will be enjoyed by future guests. Thanks!

Un grand merci à Gilles pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous avons séjourné dans son appartement idéalement situé au cœur d’Albufera, avec toutes les commodités accessibles à pied. L’endroit est charmant, calme et préservé du bruit des bars du centre-ville, tout en restant proche des quartiers animés. L’appartement est superbe, confortable et très bien entretenu. Encore merci ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce même logement lors d’un prochain séjour à Albufera.

The air bnb was beautifully presented & clean, we even had a lovely welcome pack which we really appreciated after our long flights. The place was spacious & we would recommend it if you want to be close to the new town & the strip. Thank you Gil

Ondanks een week lang regen was het een bijzonder aangenaam verblijf. Het appartement was zeer netjes, schoon en compleet qua voorzieningen. Een avondje thuis blijven en zelf koken was geen straf. De airco in de woonkamer/keuken verwarmd niet optimaal, maar hopelijk heb je die ook niet vaak nodig. Dank je wel, Catherine en Gil.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Host was behulpzaam. Mooi appartement. Alle apparatuur werkte naar behoren. Een extra relax stoel, naast de bedbank, zou welkom zijn.

Bel emplacement et appartement, on a eu des petites attentions que nous avons appréciées, le lit est confortable, le balcon est agréable à utiliser. Le sèche-linge extérieur est pratique. Il n’y avait plus de grille-pain et Gil nous en a apporté un dans la journée. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que l’heure d’entrée et cela nous a bien accommodé. Il y a un superbe restaurant le Memorias juste à 3 minutes de marche. Le chef parle français entre autre.

Gils and co host place was nice place to stay for my girlfriend and i. Very spacious and laid out nicely. We wish wished they had more inventory for certain things for the bathroom and coffee. They did leave coffee but only 2 pods for 6 nights should atleast leave the amount people are staying. The check in of the stay was BRUTAL. WORST i had to deal with in my expereince of AirBnBs. Had to negotiate with Girl on timing of getting the keys to the place, ended up waiting 18:30 to finally meet Gils wife. Wasted our day waiting around for when they were ready to have us. When Gils wife met us she seemed unapologetic and unbothered about waiting so long ti check us in and when she could have left the keys in the drop box thats provided in front of the door. Aswell beware of the bed as my girlfriend and i woke up very itchy which felt for strange to us. Cheers thank you for a great stay and for the welcome water and chips. Good luck in the future. Melhor estadia que estive até hoje

This was our first airbnb I was a little apprehensive about what to expect but I can safely say that it won't be our last after spending seven nights in this wonderful apartment, as a family of four it more than meet our needs in terms of space and amenities. I can't thank Gil & Catarina enough for their hospitality not only was communication very easy but our flight was delayed two hrs and we where over an hour at passport control which meant we didn't check in to after midnight to which Catarina meet us and showed us around the apartment.

Un apartamento de 10. Está muy bien ubicado cerca de playas, centro, tiendas, bares... y está nuevo. ¡Lo pasamos de lujo! Por decir algo echamos de menos un microondas.

Apartamento muito bem equipado e moderno. O único problema foi não ter papel higiénico mas rapidamente nos trouxeram um rolo.

Séjour magnifique. L’appartement est près de tout, nous pouvions marcher jusqu’à la plage, jusqu’aux supermarchés, plusieurs restaurants, etc. La piscine est un réel + quand nous voyageons avec des enfants. L’appartement est identique aux photos, le lit est super confortable et on a pu y dormir les 3 (couple + enfant de 8ans). Enfin bref, on a adoré et on reviendra sans doutes!

Een fijne plek om te verblijven! Het ruime appartement voelt huiselijk aan en is gezellig en modern ingericht. Alles is met zorg ingericht en ontworpen en dat zie je. Heel attent om een ijsje klaar te leggen voor ons zoontje. De wasmachine is een fijne plus! De locatie is prima, want op goede loopafstand van de Strip met alle restaurantjes en barretjes, en parkeren is geen probleem. Het zwembad is fijn en meestal niet druk hoewel je zelfs hier kunt vechten om een ligbed. Alleen jammer dat de host niet aanwezig was op het moment van aankomst terwijl dat wel gezegd was en we dus moesten wachten. In de keuken mogen er wel een paar pannetjes bij mocht de gast willen koken.

the apparment was great, clean and they have everything in it. The sleeping couch was a little bit smal, everything else was completely fine!

Very nice apartment, Looked like the pictures on the site. A plus for a very nice bakery just around the corner! The apartment building lies near a quite busy road but nothing that bothers You well in the apartment. I can recommened this apartment.

Really lovely apartment and great hosts who were in contact immediately to check everything was ok after arrival. It was perfect for our stay, would definitely book again. The only thing to note was that it was hard to find the apartment complex (the taxi driver couldn’t find it). If the instructions said it was opposite Bella Canela that would help. Thank you

Gil was very welcoming and explained everything at the check-in. They also made sure to answer any questions and the place was perfect when we got there. The pool was nice as well and the apartment was very cosy, felt like home.

Had a lovely time staying in this beau apartment. Gil has been amazing and super accommodating with check ins. The location was great it was in walking distance of the beach shops and restaurants. Gil and Catarina’s place was everything and more! Felt at home right away with how well decorated and clean the apartment was. They had every necessary amenities and were super helpful and responsive the entire time. The pool in the building was a great asset as well. The area was central yet quiet and peaceful. I loved my time there so much I ended up extending my stay!

Accommodation was amazing and Gil is quite respectful and responsible host. Accommodation is quite close to beach, local stores and the Strip. The location also offers quite private and relaxing surrounding. We are both more than satisfied with our stay. 👌

Place feels bigger than photos. Excellent apartment, they were so helpful and sorted everything out we needed. Kitchen equipment could be better which made cooking hard.

Gil’s place was a tranquil gem! Super clean and a great location, very peaceful but walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beach was super close. I had such a restful stay. Gil & co were on hand when need and nothing was too big of an ask. Will 100% be back!!

Perfect apartment for our two week stay, felt right at home. Fantastic location with restaurants, bars and the beach all within walking distance. Bed and sofa were extremely comfortable. The pool was bigger than expected and felt very private. Gil was friendly, responsive and even let us check in early as we had our suitcases. Would definitely recommend!

This was such a lovely place to stay. The apartment was of a very high standard, bright and colourful decor and smelt lovely! Gil was so helpful to us before and during our stay and very responsive to messages. Our kids loved the pool! Would definitely recommend.

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e molto confortevole. Bella anche l'area esterna con giardino e piscina. La posizione è ottimale, vicino al centro e non lontana dalle spiagge.

Appartamento fantastico con vista sulla piscina. Moderno e pulito. Presente tutto il necessario. Host molto cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio sia per ragazzi vista la posizione molto vicina alle zone di ritrovo per i giovani, sia per chi invece vuole visitare le spiagge o rilassarsi in piscina.

Stayed here for 4 days and it was such an amazing place to stay. The apartment is modern and fully equipped with all the basics, smart TV, balcony facing the pool and not to forget the comfiest sofa I have ever! Gil and his wife were so accommodating and even decorated the apartment for my partners birthday. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be booking again! Thank yous so much!

We had a great stay here. The area was pretty quiet, and the location is great - it’s only a short walk to the beach, and there are places to eat & supermarkets within 2 minutes walking-distance. The apartment was so modern, and everything was like new! There was equipment to cook, and other facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle & toaster. The pool area was never too busy which was great! Gil was quick to respond to any questions we had, and was flexible around our arrival / departure times. We would definitely come back here! :)

L'appartement est en parfait état, et très bien équipé. Il est situé proche de tous les commerces et services nécessaires et on peut aller à la plage à pied ! La résidence est tranquille et familiale, tout est très propre. Gil et sa femme sont en plus très sympa et très serviables et à l'écoute. Bref, nous recommandons 🌞🌞🌞 !
